the staff helped me with my luggage right as i entered the hotel. the reception staff were very helpful when i needed them. the breakfast on the roof was very good, i enjoyed it.
the room they gave me only had a shower, not a bath. i spoke with the front desk, and they kindly changed my room after the first night to one with both. the rooms were pretty small.

I encountered a few issues . The cleanliness in the room was not up to par. I saw some elastic bands from someone's braces under the bathroom sink, and watermarks stained the bedside tables. Customer service at the rooftop pool area was very slow.

the location suited my needs perfectly. i were able to reach many historical attractions within a short walk, about 15 minutes. breakfast on the rooftop provided views of the acropolis, that was a great addition to the experience.
the room lacked fresh air since there was no window to open. i did ask for a different room, but the hotel stated it were at full capacity, i found this not very helpfull. during the massage, two therapist with a cough massaged me and they were coughing.

the location was acceptable though breakfast had amazing views.
The rooftop pool was always crowded. All chairs were taken, so there was nowhere to put belongings, it was quite annoying.
